engaged! :)

jon and i are finally engaged! we've been dating for almost FIVE years! it's about time, right? :) i'm so very excited! i'm so ecstatic to have five more sisters :) and the best mother-in-law and father-in-law ever! :) it's going to be so fun planning everything. jonny is the best fiance' ever and i can't wait to be his wifey! :)

vegas, baby!

austin, jon and i went down to vegas for the air show at the nellis air force base. we decided to go down the night before so we could go to the strip. we stayed at the most ghetto motel. i was positive we would be shot up at any second! the worst part was the heater sounding like it was going to eat you up. i'm not a big fan of vegas only because i'm the one that locks the doors the second you get on the freeway exit for fear of a homeless person coming up to the car! :) we walked the strip, watched the bellagio water show and went to the m&m factory. we watched a 15 minute 3-d video at the m&m factory. austin and jon loved it, let me tell ya! :) we walked almost the whole strip and every single time, i forget just how long the strip really is. the next day, we went to the air show. there were lots of people but not as many as i remember there being the year before. there weren't as many presentations. they didn't have any of the personal stunt planes, which are my favorite. oh well. it was still a fun trip!

i have never watched the water show up close. it was awesome!

my mom and i decided we would do jordan's pictures because we knew he wouldn't cooperate for anyone professional. :) he is really into trucks and tractors so we went over to grandma and grandpa's and snapped a few. the sun was in a really bad spot but here are a couple of them that turned out.

...i refuse to eat anything that came out of the water.
...i'm a super, super picky eater. i dislike more things than i actually like.
...i am a texture freak when it comes to food.
...i have been dating jon for almost four years. :)
...i sing all the time. most of the time it is the wrong words but i don't care.
...i love pepsi.
...i whine a lot... ;)

...i'm lactose intolerant.
...i love going out to dinner..or to the movie.
...i love to go bowling just to wear those crazy shoes.
...i am ticklish everywhere on my body. you don't even have to be touching me. you can point your finger at my armpit and it tickles me.
...i want my own dirtbike.
...i have to make a schedule of everything. i hate when plans change or when something comes up that isn't in my schedule.
...i'm ocd.
...i like things my way..but who doesn't? :)
...i hate being late.
...i hate taking medicine. i would rather suffer. but, if i have to take it, i take the children's liquid.
...i don't like wearing my shoes while inside.
...i hate anything dairy. especially ice cream and milk. ew.
